You will need:
A plain sheet of paper
One thin tip pen or pencil
One thick tip pen or pencil
How to play
Using the thin pen/pencil first, write the numbers 1-10 or 1-20 on the paper
Once done ask the child playing to use the thick pen/pencil to write the numbers by drawing over the top of the ones you created.
