Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are usually packed the next working day if you order by 2pm Monday-Friday. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we always aim to send your order as quickly as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to courier delays outside our control.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free. Any other delivery options, offers or promotions will be clearly shown on the website when available.

Will I receive tracking information?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. If tracking is available for your order, this will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you would like to return your order, please Contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

What condition does my return need to be in?

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.

What if my order is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, a photo of the item. We will work with you to put things right.

How do refunds work?

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the payment to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
